Privacy notice

This is a small website for a market stall. The only personal information it handles is what you type into the contact form.

What we collect

Your name, your email address and your message, and only when you submit the contact form. Nothing is collected from you just for reading the site.

Why we have it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us and you are expecting an answer.

Where it goes

Your message is stored on the server that runs this website and emailed to us so we actually see it. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Until it is no longer needed to deal with your enquiry, then it is deleted.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Spam protection

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. When it runs, Cloudflare processes your request as part of that check. We also record how many submissions come from an address so the form cannot be flooded.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
